Job summary

EY is seeking a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to develop and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors (PPMDDs). You will understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with EY's administrative services.

The role requires excellent communication, a strategic mindset, collaboration with nearshore and onshore teams, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience.
• Strong MS Office skills with Excel and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs.
• Act as main contact with PPMDDs.
• Identify and address potential quality issues or risk.
• Develop strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in all interactions.
• Collaborate with nearshore and onshore management to improve service delivery.
• Conduct PPMDD outreach for feedback.
