Job summary

EY in the United States (hybrid model) seeks an experienced Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate to cultivate long-term partnerships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors (PPMDDs) and align administrative services with their needs.

You will monitor performance, address issues, drive process improvements, and collaborate with nearshore and onshore teams while ensuring compliance with EY policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience in customer or relationship management.
• Experience with MS Office, dashboards and reporting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with 450+ PPMDDs.
• Act as the main contact with PPMDDs.
• Identify, track and address potential quality issues or risk.
• Develop strategies to improve administrative processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Plan and execute projects requiring administrative support.
• Conduct PPMDD outreach for feedback.
• Collaborate with near-shore and onshore teams to improve service delivery.
• Create a knowledge transfer culture within the team.
