Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to build and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors, ensuring satisfaction with our administrative services. The role collaborates with nearshore and onshore teams to optimize performance and manage risk while delivering client-focused solutions in a dynamic environment.

The position requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and proven stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office (especially MS Excel), dashboards and reporting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with 450+ PPMDDs to understand administrative support needs.
• Act as the main point of contact with PPMDDs.
• Identify, track and address potential quality issues or risks.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in all interactions.
