Job summary

EY is seeking a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors. You will translate needs into actionable administrative support, monitor performance, and collaborate with nearshore teams to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel), dashboards and ability to use reporting metrics as a method of storytelling through the data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs to understand their administrative support needs.
• Act as main point of contact with PPMDDs.
• Identify, track and address potential quality issues or exposures to risk.
• Assist with challenging or out-of-scope requests or escalations as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
