Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to build and sustain long-term relationships with PPMDDs and align services with their needs. You will coordinate with nearshore management to optimize administrative support and ensure high satisfaction.

You’ll work within a team-driven, hybrid environment, applying strong communication, project management, and data-driven storytelling using dashboards to monitor performance and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience in client/relationship management.
• Experience with MS Office, dashboards, and reporting metrics for storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with 450+ PPMDDs and understand their needs.
• Act as main point of contact with PPMDDs and ensure satisfaction with services.
• Identify and address potential quality issues or risk exposures proactively.
• Improve administrative processes and collaborate with nearshore/onshore teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in administrative interactions.
