Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to develop and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors (PPMDDs). The role focuses on understanding needs, ensuring satisfaction, and driving efficient administrative support across the organization.

You will monitor performance, manage escalations, and collaborate with nearshore and onshore teams to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in client or relationship management.
• Proficient with MS Office, dashboards, and data storytelling through metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs to understand their administrative support needs.
• Act as the main point of contact with PPMDDs and maintain professional relationships with local management.
• Identify, track and address potential quality issues or exposures to risk.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all interactions.
• Plan and execute projects requiring administrative support and manage initiatives.
• Collaborate with nearshore and onshore management to optimize service delivery.
• Establish daily check-ins and maintain open lines of communication for feedback.
