EY in the United States seeks a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to develop and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors (PPMDDs). You will understand their needs and ensure satisfaction across administrative services.

The role requires communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration with nearshore and onshore teams. Responsibilities include building relationships with 450+ PPMDDs, addressing quality issues, and enhancing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
6-8 years relevant experience.
Experience with MS Office, dashboards and reporting metrics as storytelling through data.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs and understand their administrative support needs.
Act as main contact with PPMDDs and collaborate with local management.
Identify, track and address potential quality issues or risks.
Develop strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies in all interactions.
Plan and execute projects requiring administrative support.
