Job summary

EY is hiring a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate in the United States to develop and sustain long-term partnerships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors (PPMDDs). You will oversee administrative support needs, monitor performance, and collaborate with nearshore management to optimize service delivery.

This role requires strategic thinking and strong communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel), dashboards and reporting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs to understand their administrative support needs.
• Act as main point of contact with PPMDDs and coordinate with nearshore/onshore teams.
• Identify, track and address potential quality issues or exposures to risk.
• Develop strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency across EY.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in all administrative interactions.
• Plan and execute projects requiring administrative support and drive stakeholder feedback.
