Job summary

EY is seeking a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to build and sustain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors (PPMDDs) and ensure satisfaction with administrative services. The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and process improvement across nearshore and onshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel), dashboards and ability to use reporting metrics as a method of storytelling through the data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with 450 plus PPMDDs to develop an understanding of their administrative support needs.
• Act as the main point of contact with PPMDDs.
• Identify, track and address potential quality issues or exposures to risk.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative processes and enhance efficiency across the organization.
• Coordinate with nearshore and onshore management to improve service delivery.
• Create a knowledge transfer culture within the team.
