Job summary

EY is recruiting for a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to build and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors. You will monitor admin support needs, coordinate with local leaders, and address escalations while driving efficiency and compliance.

The role requires 6-8 years of experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Excel and dashboard skills. EY offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office (especially Excel), dashboards and data storytelling through metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with 450+ PPMDDs and understand their admin support needs.
• Coordinate with local management to foster trust and collaboration.
• Act as the main point of contact with PPMDDs and address escalations promptly.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Plan and execute administrative projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies across interactions.
• Collaborate with near-shore and onshore teams to optimize performance.
