Job summary

EY seeks a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to develop and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors. You will oversee administrative support needs, address escalations, and drive process improvements across a large network of PPMDDs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 6–8 years of relevant experience, with strong MS Office and dashboard/reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office (especially MS Excel), dashboards and reporting metrics as storytelling tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450+ Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors.
• Act as main point of contact with PPMDDs; address requests and escalations.
• Identify and mitigate potential quality issues or risk exposures.
• Develop strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in all interactions.
• Collaborate with nearshore and onshore management to improve service delivery.
