Job summary

EY is seeking a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to develop and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors. You will monitor performance, collaborate with nearshore teams, and drive efficient administrative support for a large network of executives.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills, with a focus on risk management and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel), dashboards and ability to use reporting metrics as a method of storytelling through the data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs to understand their administrative support needs.
• Act as main point of contact with PPMDDs and manage expectations.
• Identify and address potential quality issues or risk exposures.
• Develop strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in all interactions.
