Job summary

EY is hiring a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to develop and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, and Directors (PPMDDs). The role emphasizes understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with administrative services, with a focus on strategic collaboration and risk awareness.

The position requires 6–8 years of experience, strong communication, and project-management skills, and will operate within EY's hybrid model across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office, dashboards and reporting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs and assess their administrative support needs.
• Act as main point of contact with PPMDDs and coordinate with management.
• Identify, track and address potential quality issues or risk exposures.
• Assist with challenging or out-of-scope requests and escalations as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in all interactions.
• Plan and execute projects requiring administrative support.
• Maintain open lines of communication and conduct daily check-ins.
