Job summary

EY is seeking a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to develop long-term relationships with Partners and senior leaders across the firm. You will understand their administrative needs, ensure satisfaction with services, and collaborate with nearshore management to optimize support delivery.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years relevant experience.
• MS Office proficiency, dashboards and reporting metrics storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs to understand their administrative support needs.
• Act as main point of contact with PPMDDs and collaborate with nearshore/onshore teams.
• Identify, track and address potential quality issues or risks.
• Develop strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency across EY.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in all administrative interactions.
• Plan and execute projects requiring administrative support.
• Conduct outreach to obtain feedback on service experience.
