Job summary

EY is seeking a Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to develop and maintain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors (PPMDDs), ensuring satisfaction with EY's administrative services.

The role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration with nearshore and onshore teams to improve service delivery and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office, dashboards, and reporting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs and understand their administrative support needs.
• Act as main point of contact with PPMDDs and coordinate with local management.
• Identify, track and address potential quality issues or risk exposures.
• Develop strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in all interactions.
• Collaborate with nearshore and onshore management to enhance service delivery.
