Jobgether is seeking an experienced Strategic ACO Contract Manager for a remote US-based role. You will lead complex contract negotiations with hospitals and provider groups, shaping value-based arrangements and risk-sharing models.

Responsibilities cover full contract lifecycle, from negotiation and execution to renewals, amendments, and performance monitoring. Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years healthcare contracting experience.
• Experience with value-based methodologies and ACO arrangements.
• Knowledge of provider contracting strategies and reimbursement structures.
• Strong financial modeling and data analytics skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to interpret complex legal documents.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts aligned with financial objectives.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal and closure.
• Maintain contract language and reimbursement terms with policy changes.
• Manage provider relationships with senior contracting stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve contractual disputes to sustain partnerships.
• Assess network performance and cost-quality opportunities.
• Develop value-based contracting arrangements including ACO models.
• Analyze financial structures and risk-based contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align contracts with business goals.
