Qualifications

• At least eight years of healthcare contracting experience.
• Experience with value-based methodologies and ACO arrangements.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex legal documents and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts aligned with financial objectives.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to closure and renewal.
• Maintain contract language and reimbursement terms with policy changes.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and senior contracting representatives.
• Address provider concerns and resolve contractual disputes.
• Assess network performance to identify cost-efficiency and quality improvements.
• Support network development and provider recruitment.
• Develop innovative value-based contracts including ACO models.
• Evaluate financial arrangements and operational implications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with business priorities.
