Jobgether is seeking a Strategic ACO Contract Manager located in the United States. This remote role focuses on strengthening provider networks, negotiating complex contracts, and developing value-based arrangements with hospitals and physician groups.

You will lead contract lifecycle management, analyze financial models, and collaborate across health plan operations to balance affordability, quality outcomes, and network adequacy. Eight+ years of healthcare contracting experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with 8+ years in healthcare contracting.
• Strong background in provider contracting, risk-based arrangements, and financial models.
• Experience in health plan operations and provider relations is required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; strategic problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts aligned with financial objectives.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal, amendments, and closure.
• Maintain contract language, fee schedules, and reimbursement terms with policy changes.
• Manage provider relationships and resolve contractual disputes effectively.
• Assess network performance and identify opportunities to improve cost and quality.
• Contribute to network development and provider recruitment and marketing activities.
• Develop innovative contracting arrangements including ACO and value-based models.
• Conduct financial and strategic analyses of complex agreements and implications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with regulatory and business priorities.
