Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Strategic ACO Contract Manager based in the United States. This remote role focuses on leading complex contract negotiations with hospitals, physician groups, and other providers to strengthen networks and advance value-based partnerships.

You will oversee the full contract lifecycle, develop innovative contracting arrangements, and perform financial modeling to balance performance, quality, and affordability, with emphasis on risk-based agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of healthcare contracting or provider relations experience.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with risk-based contracting and value-based models.
• Ability to analyze financial arrangements and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from negotiation to renewal and closure.
• Maintain contract language and reimbursement terms.
• Manage provider relationships and resolve disputes.
• Evaluate network performance and drive cost efficiency and quality.
• Develop and negotiate ACO and value-based contracting arrangements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align contracts with business priorities.
• Monitor contractual obligations and deadlines.
