Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Eight+ years of healthcare contracting or health plan operations experience.
• Proven success negotiating healthcare provider contracts including value-based methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts to align with financial objectives and reimbursement guidelines.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal, amendment, and closure.
• Maintain contract language, fee schedules, and reimbursement terms with policy changes.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers and senior contracting stakeholders.
• Address provider concerns and facilitate issue resolution for long-term partnerships.
• Assess network performance and identify opportunities for cost efficiency and quality.
• Support network development, provider recruitment, and marketing activities.
