Cengage Group in the United States is seeking a Sales Consultant to support sales execution and administrative operations from its San Diego office. You will map content, update systems, process orders, review billing, align contracts, and support cross-functional teams.

Role emphasizes maintaining territory coverage, assisting account planning, and enabling revenue growth via Salesforce and related tools.

Formación

• BA or BS degree strongly preferred.
• At least two years of successful sales or customer interaction experience.
• Direct sales, marketing or editorial experience.
• Experience working with digital sales products/applications and contact management systems, such as Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and support selling strategies with sales leadership.
• Provide daily administrative support enabling sales teams to engage customers and generate revenue.
• Update Salesforce with opportunity, account, contact, activity, and territory info.
• Pull and organize CRM and Sales Operations reports for opportunity analysis and forecasting.
• Assist with contract alignment, order processing and billing reviews.
• Coordinate content mapping and other customer-specific sales support activities.
• Support marketing and sales initiatives related to account development and territory execution.
• Communicate with internal/external customers across time zones; provide timely status updates.
