Qualifications

• BA or BS degree preferred.
• At least two years of sales or customer interaction experience.
• Direct sales, marketing or editorial experience.
• Experience with digital sales products/applications and contact management systems like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and support selling strategies with sales leadership.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support enabling customer engagement and revenue generation.
• Update Salesforce: opportunity, account, contact, activity, territory.
• Pull and organize CRM and Sales Operations reports for analysis and forecasting.
• Assist with contract alignment, order processing, and billing reviews.
