Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager - Strategic Accounts PMO to lead regional PMO development for North, Central, and South America.

The role interfaces with customers, Canon units, and executives to ensure delivery from concept through handoff and emphasizes standardized governance and reporting. You will drive multi-country implementations, set governance and templates, manage budgets and risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic account growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience.
• Masters preferred.
• Experience with large global enterprise customers.
• Project Management-Professional (PMP) certification required or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and govern a regional PMO across North, Central, and South America.
• Establish governance standards, reporting methodologies, and project controls.
• Develop and maintain project templates, playbooks, and standardized workflows.
• Implement portfolio dashboards and executive status reporting.
• Lead multi-country customer implementations and expansions; manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Service, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, IT and Finance.
