Job summary

Panelmatic seeks an experienced Project Manager, Strategic Accounts to lead a portfolio of high-value projects from order intake to closeout. You will serve as the primary customer contact, coordinating engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to deliver on scope, schedule, and margin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM, Construction Management or Business required.
• PMP Certification required.
• 10+ years of Project Management experience in engineered-to-order manufacturing, industrial, utility, data center, or infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing project portfolios valued at approximately $100M annually.
• Experience leading projects involving protection and control systems, switchgear, MCCs, and related electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer projects valued at approximately $100M annually, including a strategic customer and key accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Lead project reviews, status meetings, and execution discussions with updates on status, milestones, risks, and recovery actions.
• Oversee projects from order intake through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, shipment, and closeout.
• Ensure delivery on time, on budget, on margin, and in accordance with quality and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Safety, Finance, Testing, and Sales.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to protect schedule and margin.
