Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks a Strategic Alliance PMO Lead, NAM to coordinate commercial and operational activities with strategic partners across North America.

This remote role, ideally based in Dallas, TX, drives governance, reporting, and performance analytics to enable growth and efficiency. The candidate will manage end-to-end execution, align capacity, and support scalable operating models while engaging senior leadership and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in strategic business programs, alliances, or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Ability to engage and influence senior executives including VP and C-suite across functions.
• Strong understanding of commercial and operational processes including sales pipeline and capacity planning.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks and driving accountability across stakeholders.
• Experience with strategic partnerships, joint ventures, M&A integration, or business transformation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead alliance governance, executive reporting, and escalation management.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between Hitachi Energy and strategic partners.
• Consolidate opportunities, demand forecasts, and pipelines for joint planning.
• Align capacity, resources, and supply planning to meet commitments.
• Drive end-to-end execution from opportunity development to order fulfillment.
• Develop dashboards for KPIs across commercial, operational, and financial areas.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and guidelines.
