Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Strategic Alliance PMO Lead, NAM, to serve as the central interface between Hitachi Energy businesses and strategic partners in North America. This remote role coordinates governance, performance reporting, demand planning, and end-to-end execution from opportunity development through order fulfillment, with a focus on aligning commercial and operational priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience coordinating strategic partnerships, alliance governance, PMO activities, or cross-functional business initiatives.
• Experience across commercial, operational, and business functions to support planning and execution.
• Knowledge of sales pipeline management, demand forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and facilitate issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage alliance governance processes, including business reviews, executive reporting, performance monitoring, and escalation management.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between Hitachi Energy businesses and strategic partners to align priorities.
• Consolidate sales opportunities, demand forecasts, and pipelines for joint sales planning.
• Clarify ownership, customer engagement, and commercial execution among sales teams.
• Align capacity, resources, and supply planning to meet commitments and delivery requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end execution from opportunity development to order fulfillment with milestone visibility.
• Develop dashboards covering commercial, operational, and financial KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps and risks, coordinating corrective actions across stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
