Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager - Strategic Accounts PMO to lead a regional PMO across the Americas, delivering governance, templates, dashboards, and standardized workflows for large multi-country programs.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex deployments from concept through handoff. The role requires 7+ years in technical program management, PMP certification, and fluency in English, with Portuguese/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 7 years of related experience; Masters preferred.
• Technical program management experience.
• Advanced MS Office suite, Visio, and PowerPoint preferred.
• Up to 50% travel across multi-state sites with overnight stays.
• Experience with large global enterprise customers and multi-country deployments.
• Experience with Greenfield and Brownfield deployment projects.
• Experience with multinational teams across the Americas.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and Latin America processes.
• Experience in production print, industrial print, fulfillment, or manufacturing.
• Fluent English; Portuguese and Spanish preferred.
• PMP certification required or obtainable within 12 months; Agile/Scrum/PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of a Strategic Accounts PMO across North, Central, and South America.
• Establish reporting methodologies, stage-gate reviews, and project controls.
• Create templates, playbooks, and standardized workflows for project delivery.
• Implement portfolio dashboards and executive status reporting.
• Drive consistency in regional project execution methodologies.
• Lead complex multi-country customer implementations and expansions.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Legal, Finance.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with customer objectives.
• Support market entry planning, regulatory compliance, and regional risk assessments.
• Lead executive reviews and steering committee meetings; manage escalations.
