Job summary

Canon USA in Boca Raton is seeking a Project Manager to lead client and internal initiatives across Digital Printing, Document Management, and Archiving solutions. You will apply PMBOK practices, coordinate stakeholders, and manage multi-project portfolios with strong emphasis on risk, scope, and delivery outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years of project management experience, a technical background, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, plus 5 years of related experience.
• Technical Project Management experience.
• Intermediate MS Office Suite, Visio & Project.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver's license.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, PBA, RMP or SP; Six Sigma, CDIA+, CMP, ITIL Foundations, Cloud+, MCSA or Server+, Security+.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and applies PMI–PMBOK best practices to internal and client projects.
• Understands and communicates stakeholder requirements to team members for realization.
• Collaborates with PS and SO colleagues to stay informed on product/solution offerings.
• Establishes clear ownership for project tasks and secures commitment from stakeholders.
• Coordinates and facilitates communication of project objectives to all stakeholders.
• Tracks progress and ensures milestones are met per expectations.
• Assesses issues and identifies solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
• Communicates project status, issues and risks to management with risk mitigation.
• Uses change control processes and documents lessons learned for knowledge base.
• Conducts regular status meetings with stakeholders, considering needs and requirements.
• Manages day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects.
• Builds and grows business relationships vital to project success.
