Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Strategic Alliance PMO Lead, NAM.

This remote role coordinates governance, executive reporting, and performance tracking across Hitachi Energy businesses and strategic partners in North America, guiding opportunity development to order fulfillment from a central PMO. You will align cross-functional priorities, consolidate forecasts, and drive accountable execution, with emphasis on governance frameworks, risk management, and scalable operating models to enable

Formación

• Work authorization to work in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic business program management, strategic alliances, or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives across multiple functions.
• Strong understanding of sales pipeline management, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks and accountability across stakeholders.
• Experience with partnerships, joint ventures, M&A integration, or business transformation in industrial environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage alliance governance processes including business reviews and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to align commercial and operational priorities.
• Consolidate opportunities, demand forecasts, and pipelines for joint planning.
• Facilitate collaboration between sales teams and customers on ownership and strategy.
• Align capacity and supply planning to meet commitments and delivery requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end execution from opportunity development to order fulfillment.
• Develop integrated dashboards covering commercial, operational, and financial KPIs.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and guidelines.
