Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks a Strategic Alliance PMO Lead, NAM to serve as the central interface between Hitachi Energy businesses and strategic partners in North America. The role coordinates alliance governance, performance reporting, and escalation, while driving accountability and scalable operating models for growth.

This is a remote position, preferably based out of Dallas, TX. The role requires 10+ years in strategic program management and a proven ability to influence senior executives

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic business program management, strategic alliances, or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives across multiple functions.
• Strong understanding of commercial and operational processes including sales, demand, and capacity planning.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks and coordinating strategic initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution plans.

Responsabilités

• Manage alliance governance processes, including business reviews and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between Hitachi Energy and strategic partners.
• Consolidate sales opportunities, demand forecasts, and pipelines for joint planning.
• Facilitate collaboration to clarify ownership and commercial execution.
• Align capacity and resources to meet delivery commitments and schedules.
• Oversee end-to-end execution from opportunity development to order fulfillment.
