Job summary

Exotic Automation & Supply seeks a results-driven sales professional to identify, develop, and maintain opportunities within a designated Michigan territory. You will build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, conduct customer visits, and coordinate technical support for all products and services.

You will manage quotes, negotiate margins, and drive territory plans to maximize profitability while collaborating with purchasing to source solutions and resolve payment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or 3 years of sales experience.
• 3 years in a sales-related role; industry-specific experience preferred.
• CRM experience preferred; ability to use company systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to provide 24-hour customer support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales opportunities and customer relationships in assigned territory.
• Execute customer visits per Territory Plan to grow partnerships.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate margins for orders.
• Create and execute Customer Account Plans and Territory Plans.
• Coordinate with purchasing for sourcing and resolve payment issues.
