Qualifications

• 5-8 years of related experience in account management or sales.

• Working knowledge of basic refrigeration and/or commercial HVAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with decision makers in HVAC/R contracting.
• Compile and manage sales plan for the district.
• Prepare, negotiate, and review agreements and project scope.
• Ensure customer retention through renewal of service agreements.
• Conduct cold calls on new and existing accounts.
