Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, plus 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 10 years HVAC selling experience.
• Strong sales, prospecting, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with strategic accounts and serve as primary contact for high-value HVAC clients.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop account plans to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Service and Construction teams to deliver tailored HVAC solutions and coordinate projects.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and proposal development.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and account performance metrics; drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
