Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to act as the primary sales architect for high-value strategic accounts in the Florida region.

You will drive strategic deals, support field-based activities, and execute targeted market expansion campaigns to grow revenue in the safety and security ecosystem. The role requires 5+ years of video security solutions sales experience, a strong technical background, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of video security solutions sales experience.
• Ability to travel over 50% as part of the role.
• Experience selling broader physical security solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Force multiplication and strategic acumen to scale regional performance with channel partners and internal teams.
• Develop standardized alliance partnership presentations and sales tools.
• Deliver product and sales training to accounts and collect customer feedback for engineering.
