Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager to lead and expand a national strategic partnership across North America. You will serve as the executive steward for major accounts - such as Johnson Controls - shaping market strategy and driving large-scale adoption of our video security and access control ecosystem.

You will work closely with executive leadership, national partner teams, and internal cross-functional groups to align our technology roadmap with customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience in the video security solutions industry.
• Experience managing national accounts or Tier-1 partners.
• Ability to build executive-level relationships and strategic plans.
• Willingness to travel to support National Accounts across North America.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with national strategic partner accounts.
• Develop and refine strategic account business plans aligning our video security portfolio with partner growth objectives.
• Identify and close new sales opportunities while managing the complete sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Global Sales, Engineering, and Operations to enable partners and drive market development.
