Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager to lead a national strategic partnership in North America. You will serve as executive steward for major strategic accounts - such as Johnson Controls - shaping market strategy and driving large-scale adoption of our video security and access control ecosystem.

You will work closely with executive leadership, national partner teams, and internal cross-functional groups to align our technology roadmap with customer long-term

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience in the video security solutions industry.
• Experience managing national accounts or large enterprise channel partners is preferred.
• Proven ability to articulate complex technical solutions to executives and technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive-level relationships across national strategic partner accounts.
• Create and refine strategic account plans aligning video security with partner growth.
• Develop standard partnership presentations and sales tools for enterprise teams.
• Identify and close new opportunities while managing the full sales pipeline.
• Prepare comprehensive solution proposals spanning video security and enterprise portfolio.
• Collaborate with Global Sales, Engineering, and Operations to enable partners and drive growth.
• Deliver on-site strategic support, partner training, and market development across NA.
