Motorola Solutions is seeking a Director of Business Development for Strategic Accounts to drive new revenue by leading a high-performing team of sales, engineering and market experts. You will cultivate executive-level relationships with partners and end-user organizations, and develop strategies aligned with MSI’s growth objectives.

The role requires 7+ years in video security solutions or sales, 3+ years of leadership, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel up to 80%

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of video security solutions or sales experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong executive presence with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team in managing strategic partner accounts and drive business through multiple lines of solution sales.
• Coach and manage team members, setting quarterly and annual business goals, using Salesforce and other tools to track progress.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for assigned strategic accounts aligned with business objectives.
• Cultivate and nurture key accounts, channel partners, and stakeholders to drive growth across the commercial and enterprise sectors.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and regular reports with insights on performance and market trends.
