Job summary
Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Manager - Account Management to drive growth and customer success for Drag Reducing Additives (DRA) programs. You will manage key accounts, deliver technical and commercial solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and sustain long-term partnerships.
You will lead business reviews, mentor team members, and ensure safety and compliance while achieving revenue objectives across assigned accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer success.
- Minimum 3 years in refining, petrochemical, industrial, midstream, chemical processing, or related industries.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Safely manage day-to-day operations of Drag Reducing Additive programs to ensure performance and value delivery.
- Serve as trusted advisor delivering technical and commercial solutions.
- Lead business reviews, technical presentations, and commercial discussions with customers and leadership.
