Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical discipline.
- 3+ years in refining, petrochemical, industrial, midstream, chemical processing or related industries.
- Experience building and managing strategic customer relationships.
- Ability to lead and develop teams in a customer-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Build long-term strategic relationships by understanding customer requirements and identifying sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Manage day-to-day operations of Drag Reducing Additive programs to ensure performance.
- Lead business reviews and technical presentations with customers and internal stakeholders.
