Job summary
Baker Hughes Holdings LLC is seeking a Sales Manager - Account Management for remote work focused on Drag Reducing Additives (DRA). You will lead key customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure successful delivery of programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and deliver value.
You will leverage your technical sales and account management experience to develop strategies, deliver business reviews, and provide field support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in refining, petrochemical, industrial, midstream, chemical processing, or related industries.
- Experience in sales/account management, business development, or customer success.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to support customer projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage key customer relationships and drive account growth.
- Develop and execute account strategies to support revenue growth and retention.
- Safely manage day-to-day operations of Drag Reducing Additives (DRA) programs.
- Serve as trusted advisor delivering technical and commercial solutions.
- Lead business reviews, technical presentations, and commercial discussions with customers and leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive projects and customer-focused solutions.
- Provide field support and guidance on equipment performance and operational challenges.
- Monitor performance data and prepare reports for customer objectives.
