Baker Hughes Holdings LLC is seeking a Sales Manager - Account Management (Remote) to lead strategic customer partnerships around Drag Reducing Additives (DRA) and drive account growth across the United States. You will collaborate with customers, account representatives, technicians, and cross-functional teams to optimize operations and deliver technical and commercial value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
Experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development or Customer Success.
3+ years in refining, petrochemical, industrial, midstream, chemical processing, or related industries.

Responsibilities

Build long-term strategic relationships by providing account management support and identifying sales opportunities.
Develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth, customer retention and business objectives.
Safely manage day-to-day operations of DRA programs to ensure performance and value delivery.
Serve as trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and delivering value-driven solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to drive projects, technical sales initiatives and customer solutions.
Manage day-to-day operations of existing applications and equipment supporting customer accounts.
Conduct routine monitoring, analysis and reporting of treatment program performance.
