Job summary

Border States is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead growth across regional accounts in a dynamic electrical distribution environment. You will develop multi-region account plans, present value propositions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed revenue targets.

You will build strong relationships with EPC and renewables customers, manage a virtual team, and ensure compliant terms and master supply agreements while delivering superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum four-year engineering degree or equivalent technical work experience preferred.
• Strong sales and customer-facing experience with B2B customers.
• Proven ability to present complex value propositions to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account planning for key customers across regions.
• Present value propositions using brochures and collateral.
• Develop customer engagement strategy and align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
• Manage virtual team goals and expectations.
• Support EPC customers in Renewables and Infrastructure segments.
• Execute contracts and master supply agreements with compliance.
• Travel to meet customers as required.
