Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for Data Center & Industrial markets. The role focuses on identifying service-solution selling opportunities, developing key C-level relationships with national and regional accounts, and driving growth across the North American footprint.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with field operations, Carrier Factory teams, and others to expand share of wallet, manage complex contracts, and deliver strategic sales plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5+ years in engineering, sales or business development in HVAC, Industrial, or Data Center.
• Or High school/GED with 10+ years of technical sales or business development in the same industries.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships and position Carrier services for projects.
• Communicate with end-user decision-makers including C-Level executives; maintain/expand relationships.
• Prepare and negotiate complex sales contracts.
