Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Market Leader for Data Centers and Industrial to identify service solution selling opportunities across National & Regional accounts. You will develop senior leadership relationships, collaborate with field and factory teams, and drive growth in strategic markets.

The role requires building trusted advisor relationships, negotiating complex contracts, and traveling up to 30% domestically.

Qualifications

• 5+ years engineering, sales and/or business development in HVAC, Industrial, or Data Center sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically

Responsibilities

• Identify service solution selling opportunities with National/Regional accounts
• Develop C-level relationships to understand customer needs
• Collaborate with Field Operations, Carrier Factory, and regional leaders to drive growth
• Create strategic sales plans to position Carrier for targeted projects
• Negotiate complex sales contracts with multiple accounts
• Travel up to 30% domestically
