Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. in Colorado's Littleton area seeks an Account Director to plan, develop, and implement customer strategies to retain existing business and grow within assigned accounts.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with marketing, operations, and sales, and ensure alignment with corporate growth plans. A Bachelor's in Business Management and 5-8 years' experience are required, with driving license may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in account management or related roles.
• May require valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and develops growth and retention for client specific programs.
• Reviews research to anticipate competition and market trends and translate customer's attitudes of services and relationship
• Consults with development teams on market requirements and product features
• Communicates strategies including marketing, operations, communications, sales, and employee satisfaction from assigned customer to executive team
• Coordinates and aligns strategy with corporate growth plan.
• Works with other departments to help develop relationship with regards to, pricing, positioning, and packaging
• Evaluates and analyzes program results and presents recommendations for changes in strategy
