Pacific West Site Services, Inc. seeks an Account Director to plan, develop, and implement customer strategies for retaining existing business and growing within key accounts in Hillsboro, Oregon.

The role requires leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to coordinate with marketing, operations, and sales teams. Travel to client sites may be required, and performance will be evaluated against strategic growth targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field required.
• 5-8 years of experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• May require a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direction and develops growth and retention for client specific programs.
• Reviews research to anticipate competition and market trends and translate customer's attitudes of services and relationship.
• Consults with development teams on market requirements and product features.
• Communicates strategies including marketing, operations, communications, sales, and employee satisfaction from assigned customer to executive team.
• Coordinates and aligns strategy with corporate growth plan.
• Works with other departments to help develop relationship with regards to, pricing, positioning, and packaging.
• The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
• Evaluates and analyzes program results and presents recommendations for changes in strategy.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field
