Job summary

Leica Biosystems, part of Danaher, seeks a Strategic Accounts Executive to own revenue growth across IDNs, health systems, and major academic centers. You will serve as the executive-facing leader, driving enterprise opportunities with a hunter mindset and building senior-level relationships to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will develop strategic account plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, and lead opportunities from qualification through close, while traveling to engage customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in healthcare sales, strategic accounts, or related fields.
• Experience engaging C-suite executives and senior decision makers in large health systems.
• Ability to own strategic account plans and drive enterprise opportunities to close.
• Strong negotiation, executive presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Translate customer priorities into growth strategies within a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth and market share across assigned health systems and IDNs.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying priorities and wins.
• Create, advance, and close enterprise opportunities aligning portfolio to objectives.
• Establish executive relationships to accelerate opportunity progression and growth.
