Job summary

Leica Biosystems, part of the Danaher family, is seeking a Strategic Accounts Executive to lead revenue growth across IDNs, health systems, and academic medical centers from a remote setting. You will serve as an executive-facing commercial leader, building relationships with senior decision-makers and mobilizing cross-functional teams to win enterprise opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in healthcare sales or related fields, proven C-suite engagement,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of healthcare sales or related experience.
Experience engaging C-suite executives in large health systems.
Ability to own strategic account plans and drive enterprise opportunities.

Responsibilities

Own revenue growth, market share expansion, and overall commercial performance across assigned health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, and strategic healthcare organizations.
Develop and execute strategic account plans that identify customer priorities, competitive opportunities, and a clear path to win.
Create, advance, and close enterprise opportunities by aligning Leica Biosystems' portfolio and capabilities to customer business objectives and investment priorities.
Establish executive-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to accelerate opportunity progression and support long-term growth.
Mobilize cross-functional resources to execute account strategies, remove barriers, and accelerate revenue growth, competitive wins, and share gain.
