Job summary

You will work remotely to support customers within the designated geography, traveling 50-75% as required, while aligning portfolio capabilities with client objectives to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of healthcare sales, strategic account management, business development, diagnostics, medical device, healthcare technology, or capital equipment experience.
• Demonstrated experience engaging C-suite executives and senior decision makers within large health systems, IDNs, GPOs, academic medical centers, or enterprise healthcare customers.
• Proven ability to own strategic account plans, lead executive conversations, and drive enterprise opportunities through execution in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth, market share expansion, and overall commercial performance across assigned health systems and strategic healthcare organizations.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying customer priorities, opportunities, and a path to win.
• Create, advance, and close enterprise opportunities by aligning Leica Biosystems' portfolio to customer business objectives.
