Job summary

Leica Biosystems, part of Danaher, is seeking a Strategic Accounts Executive to own revenue growth across IDNs, health systems and academic medical centers. You’ll develop key demand strategies, build executive relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to convert opportunities from qualification to close.

The role requires 6+ years in healthcare sales or strategic accounts, strong C-suite engagement, and proven enterprise opportunity management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in healthcare sales or strategic accounts.
• Experience engaging C-suite and senior decision makers in large health systems.
• Proven ability to own strategic account plans and drive enterprise opportunities.
• Strong negotiation and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to translate healthcare market needs into growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth and market share across assigned health systems and IDNs.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying priorities and opportunities.
• Create and close enterprise opportunities aligned to customer objectives.
